Three apps shipped this week. Each one different.

Dictator is the biggest project of the three. Months of work, a chunk of native code, offline speech-to-text that runs entirely on your machine. It's also the one that's probably going to earn me the most money over time. Twenty quid for a tool people will reach for every single day.

Thumbnail Collage Maker was first out of the gate. Seven pounds, one-time, runs offline. A working business and a working product.

But the cool one, the one I'm most pleased about today, is the new one: Proportional Image Resizer. It's my first pay-what-you-want product. Pick the amount at checkout. Zero is fine if you're skint. Tip what feels fair if it saved you an hour.

The idea isn't to give software away. It's to make sure no one is locked out of something useful because they can't afford it, while leaving the door open for the people who can to chip in.

Three apps in a week feels close to magic. There'll be more.
